Less red tape, more complaints from drivers.
The tax on environment pollutions has increased, but the calculation mechanism has changed in a way that makes no difference whether the vehicle is old and pollutes the air, or is new and nearly harmless. Red tape has lessened, the number drivers’ complaints has grown.
