U.S. Secretary of State answered the offer to resume Armenia’s financing through the Millennium Challenge Corporation.

U.S. Secretary of State answered the offer to resume Armenia’s financing through the Millennium Challenge Corporation. Armenian lobbyists offered the new Secretary of State to provide 140 million USD to Armenia.
