Around 2000 animals will be imported from Denmark and Poland in April 2018.
The interim Agriculture Minister visited Syunik's Papuk chinchilla breeding factory. The company had 40-50 chinchillas in the beginning, then the number grew drastically. Around 2000 animals will be imported from Denmark and Poland in April 2018. Chinchilla breeders say that the animals with precious fur adapt to our climate quickly. The fur is still in the phase of processing.
