Culture Minister Armen Amiryan reported to the President of the Republic that a digital database of culture is going to be ready by 2021. There are over 100 programs for activation of cultural life in the provinces. Our country is setting up a pan-Armenian choir. The first performance is fixed on April 24 in Yerevan.
