Ukraine President will be allowed to use force in Donbass without declaring a war.
New tensions are expected in eastern Ukraine. Ukraine Rada passed the law on Donbass reintegration with 280 votes in favor, 36 against and 2 abstaining. The law declares Donetsk and Lugansk occupied territories, while Russia is considered an aggressor. Ukraine President will be allowed to use force in Donbass without declaring a war.
