Twenty results by 2020. In Yerevan, the representatives of the European Union and the Council of Europe have discussed what has already been carried out. During 2015-17, the program “Partnership for Good Governance” has implemented four projects in Armenia, worth about two and a half million euro. The priorities are improvement of election system, protection of human rights in criminal-executive institutions and fight against corruption in higher education. The Deputy Minister of Education and Science has noted that the funds for education have not been enough. The gap will be filled next year. The Council of Europe will continue to support Armenia.
