The department of civil aviation told Agenda that the smoking passenger is a citizen of Armenia. He was invited out of the plane. For over an hour, the Boeing belonging to Pobeda airlines waited in Mineralnye Vody, then continued the flight. The plane did not take the smoking passenger to Gyumri, and it is not excluded that he will be charged for all the expenses of the forced landing.
