The First Channel is the official broadcaster of the competition.
The Public Television of Armenia will be the first to give its audience an opportunity to watch the music competition New Wave that took place in Sochi. The third competitive concert of New Wave will be broadcast today, on September 15, immediately after the main program of Agenda.
Armenia was represented in the competition by two singers – Suzanna Melkonyan, a participant of the Public Television’s project “To Eurovision”, and Erna Mir, a member of “Voices of Artsakh”.
Erna was declared the winner of the competition with 362 points, sharing the first place with Uzbekistan’s Sardor Milano and Molodova’s DoReDoS band. Syuzanna Melkonyan was the third with 357 points.
This year the award fund of the competition is 6 million rubles and it was divided between the three winners.
