They were also Armenian, but the car had a Russian license plate. Three of the passengers of the Armenian bus were transferred to the Mtskheta hospital. The Ministry of Transport has informed Agenda that the bus was not registered and was fined by 450 thousand AMD for irregular transportations on August 18 at the moment of taking passengers. However, the fine has not been paid yet.
