“In the Ministry of Economics we signed a memorandum of understanding, which defines the collaboration framework in Meghri and Aras special economic zones. Armenia is rich of non-ferrous metals and has a developed industry. By collaborating we can develop our economies mutually. I agreed with Minister Karayan to start this united model from copper industry,” mentioned Akbar Torkan, advisor to the President of Iran and secretary of Free trade zones council.
