The Public Television Company of Armenia will give the movie-lovers an opportunity to watch the film “Deadlock” by Harutyun Khachatryan, the founding director of Golden Apricot international film festival. The film will premiere on July 14, at 21:50, immediately after Agenda news program.
“Deadlock” premiered internationally within the framework of Vision du Reel international film festival in the Swiss city of Nyon. It was screened in Armenia for the first time on April 29, 2016.
The film tells about Levon, an engineer who wins a Green Card in the ‘90s and moves to the United States of America together with his family. Harutyun Khachatryan has been following his hero for 25 years and in his film depicts his life and relationship with his family in the most different situations. “Deadlock” is the second film in the series “Endless Escape, Eternal Return” of the director.
