“When there are gunshots on the border, organized provocation, the negotiation process cannot move forward,” said deputy minister of foreign affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan today in the National Assembly. According to him, it is not an accident that we always hear the thesis that Azerbaijan has to fulfil the duties assumed both in Saint Petersburg and in Vienna.
