According to Vice Prime Minister Vache Gabrielyan, “the document guaranteeing the stable development of Armenia envisages large scale reforms”. In the basis of the program is the message of the President of the Republic, as well as the principles of the coalition memorandum. The government has sent the document to the National Assembly. The legislative body will discuss it out-of-turn, most likely on the 21st of June.
