Prosecutor’s Office has filed 7 criminal cases based on calls and reports regarding electoral violations during the election for City Council of Elders. The cases are mostly based on bribery, impeding the work of journalists and obstructing a citizen’s free choice. One of the cases was launched on the occasion of threat to causing bodily harm. As of today, 8 of the 120 reports have been attached to the material being prepared based on the same facts, while 89 other reports have been denied. Investigative, judicial procedures and operational investigation measures are still underway regarding 16 cases.
