Artsakh Defense Ministry speaker Senor Hasratyan has posted a statement on his Facebook page, regarding recent provocation on behalf of Azerbaijan, which reads “Since the adversary is unable to carry out a successful operation against Defense Army given the condition of immediate contact, it seems to have adopted different tactics and taking way too serious provocations, that are filled with unpredictable consequences”.
