Armenian delegates were not given the opportunity to make their statements regarding Armenian Genocide and Parliamentary elections. The session of April 24th started with an unprecedented scandal. PACE MPs strictly criticized Chairman Agramunt, demanding vote of confidence, and preventing the latter to pass on to the other issues in the agenda.
