Armenia has increased the level of energy production, consumption and export. During the first quarter of the year Armenia has produced over 2 billion kilowatt-hour energy, which exceeds last year’s index in 9 percent.

As compared to the same time period form last year, this year the country has exported about 76 million kWh energy to Georgia. The delivery rhythm rapidly increased once both countries signed an agreement on mutual flow of energy back in February.
