Prosecutor General’s Office filed a criminal case against a company supplying coal to Defense Ministry, for having submitted fraudulent documents. Based on the agreement signed between the Ministry and the above mentioned company back in 2016, the latter was supposed to supply 450 tons of coal for heating. The company, whose name is not being disclosed for now, failed to properly perform its duties, which resulted in dissolution of the agreement and the company was fined. As the Military Prosecutor’s office found out, the company has provided false information concerning its activities.
