Based on a decree signed by the President, Oleg Yesayan will replace Armen Khachatryan in the post of RA Ambassador to Belarus. The latter was once RA Ambassador in Moscow. Yesayan has also been appointed permanent representative of Armenia in CIS charter and other bodies.
