MPs of 5 parliamentary fractions have asked to replace detention of Arthur Sargsyan in mediation.To recap, Arthur Sargsyan was the one who brought provisions to members of armed group that seized a police regiment back in July. Prosecutor General’s office convened a meeting, accepted the proposal and sent a group to Hospital of Convicts penitentiary to meet Arthur Sargsyan. Based on Prosecutor General’s decision - detention as precautionary measure against the convict has been removed.
