President Donald Trump’s National Security Adviser Michael Flint resigned. Among current administration, he was considered as the one official standing close to Ankara, since prior to his recent appointment he provided paid lobbying service to Turkish government. The reason for resignation was his holding numerous calls with Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Once details on their private calls revealed, Michael Flint stepped down from office.
