As a result of these reductions, the government saved 5 billion AMD, which will be directed to solving the problems regions have been facing for years. Yet neither will this amount or let alone 50 billion AMD change rural lives for good, if the people themselves don’t create reliable sources.
Prime Minister is expecting bold ideas from the regions, ready to support their implementation: tens of new and unusual programs have already been submitted to government consideration.
