Roosevelt Torosyan, serviceman who got wounded in May 2014 while preventing Azerbaijani diversion attempt, will receive treatment abroad. Government covers treatment expenses and has allocated 1 million 318 thousand AMD from its reserve fund.
“In accordance with established procedure government decided it is a case when we should assist a soldier who has completed military duty. Once continuing treatment in Armenia becomes impossible, we should provide quality treatment abroad”, said Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan.
