3-4 decades ago, citizen of Soviet Union believed “Savings Bank” was the safest place to preserve and multiply their sums. Yet, with the collapse of USSR, rubles depreciated, bank accounts were frozen, and the Savings Bank vanished. It seemed like there was no chance to get back the savings collected during years.
