Armenia appears in cold arctic currents, which cause drop of temperature. The temperature dropped to – 22 in Ashotsk, the country’s coldest point. Cold has covered the regions of Lori, Tavoush, Syunik and Artsakh, with snow in some areas. The coming night is expected to be the coldest, with -22-23 degrees in Ashotsk, and -20 degrees in Vardenis. According to meteorologists, this type of weather change is anomaly for November, since this temperature is typical of January. The temperature will be -7-8 on the nights of November 23-24. Percipitation is not expected. By the way, another cyclone is about to reach Armenia from Scandinavia which will provide cold weather for the end of autumn.
