To move the remains of Armenian kings (Arshakuni and Artashesyan dynasties) to Persia.
According to Pavstos Buzand's records, Persian Shapuh II the Great captured Ani-Kamakh in the 4th century, and attempted to move the remains of Armenian kings (Arshakuni and Artashesyan dynasties) to Persia. Persians believed that by doing so they would obtain the glory and courage of Armenian kings.
