The anti-Armenian policy led by Turkey and Azerbaijan has not escaped international institutions’ attention. European Commission has recorded that in time of NKR escalation in April 2016, Turkey has overtly supported Azerbaijan.
The European Commission also states that Turkey, despite the agreements, does not ratify Armenian-Turkish protocols, hinders teaching Armenia in the country, as well as carries out hatred campaign against Armenians in Kars.
