The meeting held at 26 Baghramyan Street last week launched the reconfiguration process for speed cameras, surveillance cameras and “red lines.” With the introduction of surveillance camera to regulate road traffic in Armenia, the issue became a topic for public discussion regarding the money generated from the system, which was mainly directed to a private sector.
According to an instruction issued by RA President, the money generated from traffic regulation devices will now be directed to state budget.
