Within the framework of a working visit to NKR RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan held a private talk with his Artsakh counterpart Arayik Harutyunyan. Following the meeting, under the chairmanship of RA and NKR Prime Ministers a joint meeting was convened between government members of both countries.
Karen Karapetyan has also met with the chairman of Artsakh NA – Ashot Dulyan.
