National Assembly Standing Committee launched the discussion of 2017 draft state budget.
Government leader Karen Karapetyan made a speech at a joint session, stating that given the negative external waves penetrating into the country, over the recent years the country’s fiscal policy has been anticyclic, which has resulted in an inevitable increase of state budget.
