The solemn opening ceremony was attended by Artsakh Presidnet, guests from mother Armenia and from diaspora.
Today the people of Talish burned incense to commemorate the fallen warriors of Sisakan squad. A cross stone-monument was erected in Talish – the place that safeguards Artsakh northern gates: Evgenya Hovhannisyan – the mother of a fallen soldier, her son and grandson, as well as soldier Sergeant Vrezh Bznuni were entrusted to hold the opening ceremony.
