Defense Ministers of two Armenian Republics meet in Artsakh to discuss the actions aimed at making the mechanism of curbing and deterring adversary aggression more effective.
The meeting conducted with participation of commanding stuff, Artsakh Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan touched upon the major activities that have been implemented and are still being implemented to increase Artsakh defense potential, as well as presented the major activities to be implemented once the adversary unleashes another aggression.
