During an interview with Ria Novosti Ilham Aliyev expressed thoughts in regard with Artsakh conflict regulation, which is quite inacceptable for the Armenian side. At “Azatutyun Radio” request Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan commented on Aliyev’s speech explaining it is another failed attempt on behalf of Aliyev to present the reality completely turned upside down by distorting negotiation process.

Azerbaijani authorities had better stop denying the reality and practicing self-deception. Last week Aliyev publically confessed the real content of the talks, saying Baku is urged to recognize NKR independence, Balayan said.
