The opening ceremony was attended by Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and his Latvian counterpart Nils Ušakovs.
A park carrying the name Yerevan opened in Latvian capital. Popular Yerevan benches, as well as children’s attractions have been placed in the park in honor of friendship with our capital city. The program implementation was supported by local Armenian community, the representatives of which have been awarded certificates.
