Gegharkunik region is engaged in potato harvesting.
Starting from the second half of September, Gegharkunik region is engaged in potato harvesting. The region’s farmers have grown 15 thousand and 434 hectare of potatoes. Currently the harvesting of about 9000 hectares has already completed, with the total volume of 240 thousand tons of crop. This year, the average harvest collected from 1 hectare space comprises 240-250 centner.
