President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on resigning Hovhannes Hovsepyan from the post of Head of State Revenue Committee to Armenia. According to another decree, the president appointed Vardan Harutyunyan to the above mentioned position. Vardan Harutyunyan is 41 years old, a graduate of Yerevan Institute of National Economy. He started his career in 1994 working in Abovyan yeast factory. Starting from 1999 he started employment at “ARG” system, holding different posts – has been running the office of Board Chairman – General Director since 2014.The newly appointed Head of SRC holds PhD in Economics, has been awarded “Anania Shirakatsi” medal according to RA Presidential decree, as well as a “Mesrop Mashtots” order assigned by NKR President.
