Surik Khachatryan has been dismissed from the post of Syunik region governor
Prior to proceeding to the agenda issues of today’s government session, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan congratulated the newly appointed Chief of Staff Armen Gevorgyan and Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan on assuming their posts.
According to a government decree Surik Khachatryan has been dismissed from the post of Syunik region governor. Vahe Hakobyan has been appointed the new leader of the region instead.
