The State Revenue Committee has registered an unprecedented major tax violation and has issued a fine worth 1 billion AMD to the company Corsan Corviam in charge of the violation.
Operative Investigation Department to the SRC conducted an inspection as a result of which the above mentioned Spanish Company in charge of construction of North-South cement concrete road 1st section, has conducted transactions with three Armenian resident companies - “3G Construction”, “Ferunsa AM” and “Technical Covenant”, which could not possibly carry out this type of large scale activates based on their registered number of employees and logistics base. However, the above mentioned companies have received large amounts of revenue and included those financial means to Corsan Corviam’s Armenian branch accounts thus reducing tax liabilities.
SRC 8th division has transferred all the material and documents on this case to SRC Investigative Department.
