Vigen A. Sargsyan was born on May 10th, 1975. He has acted as Chief of Staff of Presidential Administration starting from October 17, 2011. Below we present Vigen Sarsyan's Biography:

Edward Nalbandyan has been re-appointed to the post of Foreign Minister. Armen Gevorgyan was dismissed from the post of Secretary of Security Council, thus being appointed the new Chief of Staff to Presidential Administration.
Armen A. Gevorgyan was born on July 8th, 1973.

Yuri G. Khachaturov was born in Georgia in 1952.
In 1974 was appointed as a Fire Platoon Leader, Artillery Regiment of Motorized Rifle Division, Far East Military District.
In 1976- 82 held the posts of Battery Commander, Chief of Staff - Deputy Commander of the Artillery Battalion, Commander of Detached Anti-tank Artillery Battalion in the Far East Military District.
1987- 89 served in Afghanistan
In 1989 was appointed the Commander of Detached Artillery Brigade of the Tank Army in Belarus Military District.

Movses Hakobyan has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Defense Minister, Head of the Logistics Department of the Ministry of Defense, instead, based on a decree signed by RA President, Movses Hakobyan has been appointed to the post of Chief of General Staff of RA Armed Forces.
He was born in 1965 , village of Chartar, Martuni region, NKR.
In 1988 - 92 served as battalion commander in the 366th motor-rifle regiment of USSR Armed Forces 4th Army.
1992 - 94 partook in the military operations.
In 1992 - 99 has held a series of commanding positions in different military units.

In 2015 based on the decree signed by NKR President, was dismissed from the post of commander of NKR Defense Ministry and Defense Army.
In 2015 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Armenian Armed Forces’ General Headquarters
On May 20th, 2016 RA President signed a decree appointing Movses Hakobyan to the post of Deputy Defense Minister, Head of the Logistics Department of the Ministry of Defense.
