Local self-government elections were held on October 3nd, in 37 communities of 6 regions of Armenia, including Gyumri and Vanadzor.
Local self-government elections were held on October 3nd, in 377 communities of 6 regions of Armenia, including Gyumri and Vanadzor. According to the preliminary data released by the Central Elections Committee, Republican Party received 14899 votes in Vanadzor, “Bright Armenia”- 10899, “Armenian Revival”- 5286. “Prosperous Armenia” fraction took the 4th place, then followed by ARF, “Civil Consent”, “Consolidation”, and “Armenian National Congress.” The following five parties got into the Vanadzor Council: the Republican Party, Bright Armenia, Armenian Revival, Prosperous Armenia and ARF-Dashnaktsutyun.
