Director of the Institute, Ambassador Michael McFaul has stated it is a great honor to launch a series of lectures as the new academic year kicks off, especially be receiving RA Foreign Minister and being enabled to learn about the ongoing process of NKR conflict settlement at first hand.
Nalbandyan has presented the details on the Azerbaijani aggression unleashed in April, presented the essence of the conflict and the conflict settlement prospects. In particular, the acting Minister presented the civilized formula declared by co-chair countries – ballots instead of bullets, fixing final legal status for NKR which is determined by the people of Artsakh population.
Edward Nalbandyan has also drew parallels between the founding fathers of the US and the people of Artsakh, who share one common belief – noting can deprive people of their right of independence.
