Rostov region deputy governor Yuri Molodchenko donated a canvas with the symbol of Don to the Armenian Consulate. The ceremony was attended by Legislative Assembly deputies, Nakhichevan-on-Don community leader Harutyun Surmalyan, representatives of Rostov town-hall, intellectuals and others.
