During his speech Edward Nalbandyan talked about the quarter century achievemetns and hardships Armenia has gone through, touched upon the anti-Armenain policy led by our neighbor countries, as well as mentioning about our Syrian - Armenian compatriots who have found themselves in a critical situation.
