EU HR for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has once again confirmed EU full support on behalf of Minsk Group co-chairs’ efforts for peaceful solution of the conflict.
On 22 September 2016, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, in New York, Edward Nalbandyan met with Federica Mogherini - EU HR for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
Federica Mogherini congratulated on the occasion of 25th anniversary of Armenian Independence, stressing that EU will continue supporting Armenia in its ongoing reforms, particularly welcoming the agreement reached between Armenian authorities and parliamentary opposition regarding Electoral Code amendments.
Both sides have also stressed the importance of the second stage of talks to be held in Yerevan at the end of October.
EU HR for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy has once again confirmed EU full support on behalf of Minsk Group co-chairs in their continuous efforts for peaceful solution of the conflict.
