Two years ago a luxurious modern medical center opened in Stepanakert. Today, thanks to the funds allocated by “Tashir” charitable foundation the public area adjacent to the medical center has been improved.
The 3500 sqm area has turned into a beautiful park thanks to Samvel Karapetyan support.
