RA president Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Ashot Manukyan Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.
Ashot Manukyan was born in 1968, has graduated from Yerevan State Engineering University of Armenia, American University of Armenia, holds a qualification of mechanical engineer, is a master of Business Administration and Doctor of Economics. He has a good command of English and Russian. He does not belong to any party.

Ignati Arakelyan has been appointed Minister of Agriculture
Born on March 31st, 1972. Ignati Arakelyan graduated from the Institute of Architecture and Construction, and is an engineer-economist by profession. He also holds a PhD in Economics, is fluent in Russian, English and French, and has non-party orientation.
1993 graduated from the Institute of Architecture and Construction
1993-1994 – served in the Armenian Armed Forces.
1998 – to present – has been working at Yerevan Brandy Company Pernod Ricard, first as an expert accountant, chief accountant, Finance Director, Deputy Executive Director, and finally Executive Director.
Vahan Martrosyan has been appointed to the post of Minister of Transport and Communication
Born on October 28th, 1962. Vahan Martirosyan does not belong to any party. In 1984 he graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute after K. Marx, and holds a qualification of a radio engineer. He is a candidate of technical sciences: has a good command of English and Russian. Married, with one child.

Alexan Harutyunyan has been appointed First Deputy Head of Staff of the President’s Office.
Vache Gabrielyan was appointed Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of International Economic Integration and Reform.
Vardan Aramyan is the new Minister of Finance.
Born in 1975. In 1997 he graduated from Yerevan State Institute of National Economy, continued education at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University(Boston), has a qualification of an economist, and is fluent in Russian and English.
Vardan Aramyan holds the military rank of a junior sergeant. Member of Republican Party. Married.
