RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Karen Karapetyan on the post of Prime Minister, public relations and mass media department of staff to RA President informs. The decree reads: “Guided by paragraph 4, Article 55 of RA Constitution (with amendments) I decide to appoint Karen Karapetyan as Prime Minister to the Republic of Armenia.”
