Public Radio marks its 90th anniversary

Public Radio was established on September 1st, 1926.

Public Radio was established on September 1^st, 1926. The first experimental radio program lasting 25 minutes was broadcast right on the first day: folk music, followed by regular local news broadcasts. This year Public Radio celebrated its 90^th anniversary on September 1^st.
