Artsakh celebrated the Holy Cross in a unique way. The president of the second Armenian Republic Bako Sahakan and Artsakh spiritual leader paid a visit to the newly built Alashan village temporarily inhabited by people from Talish.
The village is gradually falling into the rings of life necessary for organization of community life. The village already has a Village hall, a school and a kindergarten will open soon.
