After long consideration, it was decided that Kiev will host the International Festival. Yet Mikhael Sahakashvili – the governor of Odessa region is not satisfied with this choice.Sahakashvili announced all his illusions associated with central authorities have vanished, after Odessa was deprived from the chance to host Eurovision.
